Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Each product is carefully inspected and packed before leaving our warehouse to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Note: Custom or made-to-order items may require additional time. We’ll contact you directly with an estimated dispatch date.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location.

We ship across Australia using trusted freight and courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sydney Metro: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • NSW & Interstate: 3–10 business days depending on location

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

 

 

 

Local Pickup

 

Free warehouse pickup is available by appointment.

You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for collection, along with pickup instructions.

 

 

 

Large or Fragile Items

 

Bali screens, timber panels, and large products require special handling.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to assist with unloading.

Delivery is to the curb or driveway only unless otherwise arranged.

We take every precaution to protect our products during transport, but minor marks or variations may occur with natural materials.

 

 

 

Damaged or Lost Parcels

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@batirproject.com.au with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage and packaging

We will assess your claim and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Batir Project is not responsible for damage or loss caused after delivery.
