Return & Damage Policy

At Batir Project, each Bali screen and timber panel is carefully inspected and securely packed before leaving our warehouse.

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect purchase.

Returns are only accepted if an item is damaged during delivery or defective upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Email us at info@batirproject.com.au with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.

Our team will assess your claim and, if approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note:

• Items must remain unused and in original packaging until your claim is reviewed.
• Damage caused after delivery or from incorrect handling, installation, or storage is not covered.
• Due to the natural variation in timber, differences in grain, color, or texture are not considered defects.
